At LunaSnugs™, your comfort is everything — and that includes how you feel about your purchase. If your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’ll do our best to make it right. No stress. No hard feelings.


Our 30-Day Return Promise

You have 30 days from the day you receive your LunaSnug™ to request a return. We simply ask that the item be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • With tags (if applicable) and original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If all is in order, we’ll guide you through a simple, hassle-free return process.

To begin a return, please email our customer support team at lunasnugscs@gmail.com.

 Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and easy step-by-step instructions.
 Please do not send items back without first contacting us — we won’t be able to process those returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives broken, damaged, or not quite right, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or just a warm apology and a solution.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at lunasnugscs@gmail.com with photos and your order number.


Non-Returnable Items

While we want you to feel supported, some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as used beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original once it’s approved. That way, you won’t have to wait for the exchange process — and your new blanket will be on its way.


European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no questions asked.

The item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn, unused, and with original packaging

  • Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still haven’t received it, contact us at lunasnugscs@gmail.com, and we’ll look into it right away.
