Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods (like holidays or product launches), processing may take a little longer — but rest assured, your LunaSnug is always worth the wait.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

All orders ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Final delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. Once an order begins processing or ships, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We know how important your order is. If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s delayed beyond the expected window:

Please note: LunaSnugs™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or selecting signature-required shipping if available.
